1.Brief introduction

1). Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".

2). Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.

3). The gantry crane bridge is welded structure of boxtype girder; Individual drives are adopted for traveling mechanism on each end of the crane.

4). Crane conductors are either rigid shapes of steel or flexible insulated cable. 

5). Gantry crane is suitable for shipping yard and those workshop without columns.

6). Also can equipped with many lifting device for special work.

7). Gantry crane is prohibited for lifting high temperature solution, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.

3. Applications

The double girder gantry crane is applied in open warehouse or railway to conduct the general handling and lifting operation.

4. Ordering instructions

1). Double girde gantry cranes with hook are available service, such as loading, unloading lifiting and transferring work in outdoor storage or railways.

2). It consists of four main parts, namely, the bridge structure, the travelling mechanism, the trolley and the electric equipment.

3). The bridge adopts box type welded structure, the traveling mechanism adopts separated driving. All the procedures are controlled in the operating room. Crane conductive pattern is divided into two kinds of cable and the trolley line, choosing one when ordering.

4). Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors and proposed in the order by the purchaser.

5). It is required to complete the ordering specification sheet when choosing the crane, it is needed to specify the minimum, maximum temperature and the power supply of the workingenvironment in the use of the crane.
