Introduction of foundry crane

1. YZ  Model Ladle Crane, Foundry Overhead Crane, Casting Overhead Crane are mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted. Wide use in steel plant, smelting workshop, metallurgy plant.
2. The working calss of the complete machine is A7, A8
3. Working temperature: -10~60
4. Thermal-protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder.
5. The assembling and test of the crane comform to the document No. ZJBT[2007] 375 which was issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of The People's Republic of China. The place where molten nonmetal material and red-hot solid metal is lifted also can refer to ths document.

Applications of foundry crane

1. The temperature of working is -10°C~+60°C.

1. Overload protection;
2. Main lifting motor with thermal protection;

5. Protective earthing;Crane switch and travel end switch,
6. Emergency switch can stop all movement when any dangerous happened,
